Forss Management Limited is a specialist facilities and services support company established by Abbey Ecosse to carry out the property Managing Agent role for the Forss Business & Energy Park site and other new projects in accordance with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) codes of practice.

In this role consistent high quality facilities management services are provided to tenants for the site and specific building requirements by a combination of approved suppliers and in-house staff in the areas of:

• services procurement and accounting
• site management resources
• security
• cleaning and environmental services
• fabric repairs and maintenance
• mechanical and electrical services
• health & safety compliance
• fire control systems
• building insurances
• IT infrastructure and provision
